Going to be an interesting few weeks. Tons of inspections and if the sky doesn’t fall we will open around the 15th. We will begin taking phone reservations on Monday the 6th. We will be closed Christmas Day and open New Years Eve, regular menu with a special 3 course dinner added. There is lot’s of juggling going on right now and this is the only reason I’m holding off opening the phones. Just don’t want to mess this up after being closed for so long.
