After honing his skills retail customer service, he made the leap to Food and Beverage in 2004 and opened Cru in the Bell Tower with Shannon Yates. Where he quickly made a name for himself as never saying no and making the most-timid of guests and employees feel at home. He controls a room. Has an eye for detail in food, print, table set up and is the calm in the most hectic of storms. His wine knowledge is deep and has the ability simplify it to the newest of new wino’s!
