“Primo” or number 1 as he’s affectionately known in the culinary world. Is the heart and soul of the operation. With 25 years’ experience in all facets of the BOH he is a Master Baker, Butcher, Saucier, Pastry Chef and can run circles around most on the hotline. We have worked together for 15 years and there is no one I’d rather have by my side or running the day-to-day operations of this business than him.
